At the coast it's relentless sun and salt air. In both cities, a covered bay keeps the car cooler, cleaner and worth more at resale.
Single, double or triple
Carports scale with the household: a single bay beside the house, a double across the driveway, or a triple for the bakkie-boat-trailer households of the East Rand. They work for homes, complexes and commercial buildings alike, and a custom-built structure adds protection and property value in one move.
The materials that matter
- Pre-painted baked aluminium (IBR): our standard — corrosion-free, hail-tough, never needs repainting, and made in 23 colours so the carport matches the house rather than announcing itself.
- Polycarbonate roofing: where you don't want to lose light — over a driveway beside kitchen windows, for instance. UV-blocking and roughly 200 times stronger than glass.
- The frame and anchoring: the invisible part that decides whether the structure survives a storm. Ours are concreted in or bolted and plated onto existing paving, engineered per site.
Drainage — the detail everyone forgets
A roof over the car means rainwater has somewhere new to go. A proper carport manages it through the fascia gutter and downpipes instead of sheeting off the edge onto the paving. It's a signature detail of our frame design, and it's the difference between a dry driveway and a waterfall at the gate.
What installation looks like
A consultant measures the site and talks through height, fall and colour. The structure is made in our factory, then our own team installs — typically one to three days on site. You get a 10-year guarantee on materials and a year on workmanship.
